👥 Pricing & Capacity Details

1. Weekend Pricing Important:

An additional 2.000 TL is applied to all package prices on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. Standard Package Capacity:

   All packages are valid for a total of 40 people adult and children combined.

   Extra Person Fee After 40 People:

   • Package 1: 150 TL / person
   • Packages 2–4: 200 TL / person
   • Package 5 Food Package: 400 TL / person
3. Maximum Venue Capacity:

Our venue can accommodate a maximum of 80 people 40 adults + 40 children

🎈 Concept & Organization

1. The following 3 basic concepts are offered free of charge in all packages:
   • Curtain Tag Concept
   • Wooden Concept
   • Plexi Concept with optional floral decoration

The selected basic concept is prepared according to your requested design.
If a special concept not available in our venue is requested an additional fee will be applied depending on the details.

2. In Package 5 a digital invitation specially designed with your child’s name and event details is prepared.
3. Glitter panel is available upon request for an additional 1.500 TL.
4. Metallic chrome and large balloons are subject to an additional fee.

🎭 Clown & Unicorn Entertainment Concept

Extra Service – 3.000 TL

A special animation concept designed for families who want to add extra fun and energy to the birthday celebration.
This program performed with clown or unicorn costume offers children a joyful and unforgettable experience.

Concept Content:

• Animation with clown or unicorn costume
• Colorful face painting activity
• Group games accompanied by music
• Dance and fun show with snow spray
• Rhythm and movement activities for children
• Group fun and photo moment

🧸 Children’s Play Area

1. In Packages 2, 3, 4, and 5, children can use the play area free of charge for 3 hours under the supervision of a staff member.
2. In Package 1, free use of the play area is not included, and if requested, the fee will be charged separately according to the play area tariff.

🍽️ Menu Content (Package 5)

In Package 5 a maximum of one item from each of the following categories may be selected and a total of 4 items can be chosen:

Börek Varieties: Cheese börek potato börek rose shaped börek
Salad Varieties: Carrot tarator potato salad lentil balls fellah köfte kısır

💳 Financial Policy & Payment Terms

1. To confirm a birthday reservation 30 percent of the total package amount is required as a deposit.
2. Once the reservation is completed the selected date and time are exclusively blocked for your event. Since the venue cannot be offered to another family and preparation costs begin in advance the deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.
3. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event before the celebration starts.
4. By making the deposit and completing the reservation the customer confirms acceptance of all payment and cancellation conditions stated above.

⏰ Event Duration & Setup Policy

1. All birthday events are scheduled for a total of 3 hours.
2. All standard decoration and preparation included in the selected package are handled by our team and completed before the event begins.
3. If the family brings additional decoration or materials they may enter up to 30 minutes before the event start time.
4. The event automatically ends at the conclusion of the 3 hour period. Extension is subject to availability and additional charge.

This package is prepared to provide elegant decoration and professional organization service for engagement promise ceremonies civil ceremonies henna nights private family gatherings and adult focused events.

• Exclusive use of the venue for 3 hours
• Concept table setup according to your selected theme
• Music and lighting system
• Projection and photo display system
• Plates forks spoons napkins and water service
• Dummy cake
• Unlimited tea and water
• American style service presentation
• One of the following concepts free of charge:

– Curtain Tag Concept

Pricing:

• Weekday: 12.500 TL
• Weekend: 14.500 TL

Extra Person Fee:

• The package price includes a total of 40 people.
• After 40 people an additional 250 TL per person is applied.
